GINGER LEMON

How do you fight a cold and cough?Mix one teaspoon of ginger juice with one teaspoon of honey and lemon juice with one cup of warm water, and take half cup of such mixture 2-3 times a day. Doing so you will get relief from cough and cold problem.





A chronic cough can occur with other signs and symptoms, which may include:

A runny or stuffy nose.
A feeling of liquid running down the back of your throat (postnatal Sal drip)
Frequent throat clearing and sore throat.
Hoarseness.
Wheezing and shortness of breath.
Heartburn or a sour taste in your mouth.

ACIDITY:

Triphala


Drink water in copper glass, soak the triphala powder overnight in warm water. It is always necessary to drink on an empty stomach. Most people suffer from acidity occasionally. It mostly happens after consuming a large meal with high fat content, food that increases acidity in the stomach, or after laying down too quickly after eating. Don’t drink water immediate after eating .

But, if you are reaching out for an antacid every other week, it is a huge red flag.  More often than not, when you continue experiencing acidity symptoms on a regular basis, it turns out to be gastrointestinal reflex disease (GERD). 

If any insect bites somewhere in the body, then apply a mixture made of salt and water on injured place on your body. As a result you will get quick relief from agony and it is also good antiseptic

Overweight and obesity may increase the risk of many health problems, including diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers. If you are pregnant, excess weight may lead to short- and long-term health problems for you and your child.

WEAK EYESIGHT:


Take carrot at least thrice a week. Before going to bed at night, massage your feet well with mustard oil. Doing so regularly, your eyesight will be better day by day. Carrot is also good for heart .


KIDNEY PROBLEM:

Mix half a lemon juice with the sesame juice and mix equal quantity of coconut water with it and drink it at least three times a week.
